About Jill

Being a photographer is about more than knowing how to work a camera; it’s about capturing those little moments. I love to be around people, and earlier in life I wanted to be a nurse before finding my true calling in photography. After graduating photography school I had a family and found my passion with child and newborn photography. I LOVE the challenge of capturing those uniquely individual moments of you and your loved ones and I live for showing the world the REAL you!
I am a mother, friend, and an artist.
I am a Montanan! Ponytails, boots, and jeans! Not afraid to get dirty!
I have never broken a bone.
I am sentimental.
I love Macs, nice lenses… L baby, and subarus!
I am creative! I love to knit and crotchet.
I love texture and design and simply can’t resist touching fabric.
I have a soft spot for anything vintage.
I pride myself in my persistence and patience with difficult tasks.
At the end of the day, I’m so fortunate to have a career that celebrates the life of every individual client that comes my way. Life is too short to be serious all the time. I want to show the true you because you are beautiful! I’d love to play a part in capturing your family’s most precious moments!
